My Bio

They say that once you find your passion, you’ll never work a day in your life. I was always skeptical of that premise, until I started selling real estate. I have been blessed with the opportunity to work in an industry I absolutely love. There are always new challenges and obstacles that keep every day interesting. Being entrusted with somebody’s single greatest asset is humbling, and I take sincere care in ensuring that the process is painless for my clients. At the end of the day, when I can make my client’s goals and dreams a reality, there is nothing that compares to that feeling.

History

I am a Washington native, having grown up in Redmond and Kirkland, and attending schools in both Northshore and Lake Washington school districts. I went on to college at Arizona State University where I earned my degree in Political Science and Business, making my way on to the Dean's List. I knew, however, that real estate was where my passion truly was. I now live and work in Issaquah with my wonderful girlfriend Gaby. We love the outdoors, enjoy the downtown offerings, and attending community events (Salmon Days!). We plan to settle in Sammamish and start a family in the coming years.

Goals

I am creating a brand within Windermere that exemplifies everything we represent. To be the best that I can be for my clients, I am constantly seeking new ways to connect in the community, enhance the look and feel of our marketing materials, streamline the process for buyers and sellers, leverage new technology, and utilize an extensive network of contractors to take care of any needs my clients may have, without them having to do the work on their own. We are creating a concierge level of service.

Knowledge

The most important asset for an agent to have is knowledge! The real estate market is fluid, therefore, to keep up with it we must be constantly honing our skills and enhancing our knowledge of the marketplace. To accomplish that, I schedule time weekly to grow my knowledge. Whether it be walking a new development with a builder, or attending a Windermere luxury event, I am consistently positioning myself in ways to learn new skills to help my clients. The greatest asset I have though, is my fellow Windermere agents. My mentors are some of the most successful agents in Washington, and any time I come across a new challenge, they are there to help guide me. The family we have here at Windermere is truly one of the best resources of knowledge, experience, and compassion within the industry.
